“My parents bought me this stethoscope in 2003 for nursing school. I was broke and just back from the Peace Corps in Nicaragua. I come from generations of nurses, my grandmother was in the Army Nurse Corps in WWII, three of my aunts are nurses, my sister is an OR nurse, and myself! I appreciate that this stethoscope can honor all of them and all the others out there.
