“This was my first stethoscope! I was rejected from nursing school twice and when I finally got the acceptance call it was Christmas Eve and the next morning my parents gifted me this stethoscope. It was once pink… 7 Years ago!
It saw me through my two years as a new nurse on a med-surg floor, two years as a transitional care nurse for COPD, two years of oncology nursing, and 3 years as a DNP student in the community doing BP screening.
